About me

I have recently graduated from University for the Creative Arts, Farnham. My experience at Farnham enabled me to experiment with many materials and processes, leading me to work in porcelain whilst on my BA. I enjoy the materiality of porcelain and the qualities the clay possesses, where I take advantage of the plasticity of the clay to produce soft, delicate forms through slab rolling and further manipulation through chance.

My MA series explores the internal body, particularly the intestines. I focus on the folds present in intestines and produce soft structures using fabric and jesmonite. I juxtapose the movement and fluidity present in these components by constructing frames, which act as an exoskeleton.
